Case Studies

Real problems, real results

How we've helped retailers sell online, service firms get found, growing companies look the part, and schools teach coding — measured in numbers, not adjectives.

Work that pays for itself

Since 2024 we've delivered 20+ services for 15+ clients — from single-page brand sites to full eCommerce builds, marketing engagements, and coding & robotics programmes. The four studies below show how we typically work: understand the business first, build the smallest thing that moves the number, then keep improving it.

To respect client confidentiality, these are representative, anonymized engagements — details are drawn from real work but clients are never named without written permission.

From counter sales to online checkout for a retail brand

The challenge

A well-known local retail brand relied entirely on walk-in sales. Customers kept asking to order over WhatsApp, staff were manually tracking payments, and the brand had no way to sell beyond its own town — every festival season meant missed demand it could see but not serve.

Our approach

We started with the catalogue, not the code: we sat with the owners to structure products, pricing, and delivery zones, then built a fast storefront around how their customers actually buy — mobile-first, UPI-first, with order alerts the staff could act on from a phone.

What we delivered

  • Mobile-first online store with search, categories, and offer banners
  • UPI, card, and net-banking checkout with automatic payment reconciliation
  • Order notifications for staff and simple status updates for customers
  • Owner dashboard for products, stock, and festival-season price changes

Professional services

A local-SEO and Google Business overhaul for a services firm

The challenge

A professional services firm with a strong offline reputation was invisible online — an outdated website, an unclaimed Google Business Profile with wrong timings, and competitors outranking them for every search that mattered. New enquiries had slowed to referrals only.

Our approach

We treated search as their storefront. After a keyword and competitor audit, we rebuilt their service pages around what locals actually search for, cleaned up and verified their Google Business Profile, and ran tightly-targeted ads while the organic work compounded.

What we delivered

  • Rebuilt service pages mapped to high-intent local search terms
  • Google Business Profile verification, photos, services, and review workflow
  • Consistent listings and citations across local directories
  • Google Ads for immediate enquiries while rankings climbed

D2C brand — growing company

Brand site, Google Workspace, and ongoing care for a growing company

The challenge

A fast-growing company was pitching enterprise customers from a dated single-page site and personal Gmail addresses. Files lived on individual laptops, the site broke on mobile, and nobody owned updates — the brand online lagged far behind the business offline.

Our approach

We handled it as one engagement, not three: a credible brand site that tells their story, a move to Google Workspace so email and files carry their own domain, and a monthly care plan so the site keeps pace with the business instead of decaying again.

What we delivered

  • New brand website with services, about, and enquiry journeys
  • Migration to Google Workspace — domain email, Drive, and shared calendars
  • Security basics: 2-step verification and sensible access controls
  • Monthly maintenance: updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and edits

Education — school partner

A coding and robotics programme rollout with a school partner

The challenge

A school wanted a serious coding and robotics programme — not a one-off workshop. They had willing students and supportive management, but no curriculum, no trained facilitators, and no way to show parents that the time invested was producing real skills.

Our approach

Using our Ability Coding platform, we designed a structured basic-to-advanced pathway, ran a pilot batch to tune pacing for the school's timetable, trained teachers to co-facilitate, and closed each term with a project showcase parents could attend.

What we delivered

  • Structured curriculum from block coding to robotics projects
  • Pilot batch, then staged rollout across grade levels
  • Teacher enablement so the programme runs beyond our sessions
  • Term-end showcase with student-built projects and certificates

How we measure success

Every number above exists because we measure the same way on every engagement — before, during, and after.

Baseline before we begin

We record traffic, rankings, conversion, and enquiry volumes before any work starts — so every improvement is measured against a real starting point, not a guess.

Business metrics, not vanity

We report on revenue, enquiries, enrolments, and completed checkouts. Likes and impressions only matter to us when they move a number the business cares about.

Reviewed on a cadence

Every engagement gets a plain-language monthly review: what we did, what moved, and what we're doing next — no jargon, no 40-page PDF nobody reads.

Honest attribution

When something works, we show why. When it doesn't, we say so and change course. That honesty is why engagements with us tend to run for years, not months.
